Quilts for the NICU
All quilts donated to Methodist Women’s Hospital
Want to contribute to a charity project that is quick and easy…here you go. Kits are available or you can use your own fabric. Completed kits include: 3 – 1 yd fabric pieces, backing and binding.
Specifications: Approx. 36 X 44, bright child-like, cheerful fabrics (cotton or flannel – NO minke) with a coordinating backing.
We love completed quilts, but if you do not quilt – a completed top is very much appreciated. If you are new to long arming, here is your opportunity to practice your skills. Please let one of us know if you’d like to longarm or sew binding on unfinished quilts – we are always in need of volunteers. Finished quilts can be turned in at a meeting or to any one of NICU members.
